Control System
Any control cabinet which includes power supply, single or three
phase power must be fitted with an isolator which only allows the
cabinet to be opened when the isolator is switched to the off
position.
The operator controls will be mounted in a location, which best
suits, the safe operation of the machine. Controls that are
essential to the operation of the machine must be placed outside
the guarding.
All PLC programmes and any on-screen instructions must be in the
English language.
At least one Emergency stop will be fitted at the operator position
and others, as the machine design requires.
Equipment performance acceptance
1. Before the equipment is shipped, the designer and the buyer will
send the technical personnel to the seller's equipment
manufacturing site for equipment acceptance, acceptance according
to the agreement and the relevant provisions of the state.
2. If there is any discrepancy or failure to meet the standard
requirements of Equipment Acceptance, the seller should take
measures to deal with until the requirements are met.
Equipment installation and debugging
1. After the arrival of the goods to the destination, the behalf of
the buyer take pictures of the appearance of the goods and check
the number of goods, if found inconsistent, please immediately
notify the seller to confirm that, if the seller reason, the seller
settlement, other reasons negotiation to resolve.
2. Equipment to reach the destination, with the installation
conditions, the buyer promptly notify the seller, the seller should
be within 5 days to send qualified engineering and technical
personnel to the buyer equipment installation site guidance
equipment installation, is responsible for equipment commissioning.
3. The seller is responsible for the commissioning of the equipment
and instructs the purchaser to try production until the equipment
produces a qualified product of various specifications.
4. The hydraulic oil, gear oil, saw blade, cooling water tank,
cable and material used in commissioning shall be provided by
Buyer.
The Final Acceptance
1. After Equipment commissioning, trial production qualified, by
the two sides on behalf of the final acceptance.
2. The final acceptance includes: product, equipment, appearance
inspection and equipment technical information acceptance.
3. After the final acceptance of the equipment, the two sides
together to complete fill out the equipment acceptance report.
Quality Guarantee
1. The seller to ensure that the design and manufacture of
equipment to fully meet the relevant national standards and norms,
is strictly prohibited to use the state announced the elimination
of products and technologies.
2. Warranty period is 72 hours after the trial and 12 months after
acceptance. During the warranty period stipulated in the contract,
all equipment damage caused by the design, manufacture and
installation of the equipment shall be replaced by the seller free
of charge.
3. The seller guarantees that all purchased parts are all excellent
products, during the warranty period, where the quality of
outsourcing products, performance, after-sales service and other
issues, the seller to provide free services.
The supplier must strictly carry out the inspection and test of all
production links in the factory to ensure that genuine quality
inspection certificates, inspection records and test reports are
provided as part of the quality certification documents at the time
of delivery.
