Guide Roller Device
Accurate introduction of the first forming wheel, with digital
display, detection of head and tail of coils.
Lubrication system
The lubrication system for segment forming will be self-contained
within the machine. The excess lubrication from the forming process
will be re-circulated, filtered and re-used.
Special Gear Boxes Device
We optimized it and added a gearbox. The gears are in the gearbox
to ensure sufficient lubrication, higher transmission accuracy and
lower noise. The length accuracy we can achieve now can be
guaranteed within 0.5mm.

Control System
There are manual/automatic operation modes. It has manual and
automatic switching function: under manual state, it can be
operated on a single machine for easy maintenance; under automatic
state, it can be operated on the whole line and started
sequentially; with emergency stop button, it is easy to deal with
emergencies and ensure the safety of equipment and operators.
Manual operation panel beside the machine is convenient for workers
to operate.
