The profile straightener is one of the parallel roll straighteners,
which belongs to the straightening equipment of continuous and
repeated bending. This straightener overcomes the shortcomings of
intermittent work of the pressure straightener and improves the
straightening efficiency by times.
Most of the modern profile straighteners adopt cantilever
structure, which is easy to change roll, easy to operate and
flexible to adjust.
This kind of straightening machine usually uses roll pitch and roll
number to express its specification and performance. The
straightened profiles include: I-shaped material, groove shaped
material, angle shaped material, square material, flat material,
rail and round material, etc.
Performance introduction of roller profile straightening machine
This series of straightening machine adopts rolling bearing and
centralized automatic lubrication system, which improves the
straightening accuracy and durability. For models above ygj400, the
axial and radial adjustment of straightening roller are equipped
with electric adjustment device.
